Introduction
Our Values and Values in Action provide a roadmap for how we should behave and work with others.
Our core values underpin how we interact with each other and reflect our aspirations, for ourselves and for the community.
The Values in Action describe how we bring our core values to life in support of the strategic and transformational direction of the Central Bank of Ireland. They drive our culture.

Interview Process
During our recruitment process, candidates are assessed against competency based interview questions, which are aligned to our Values In Action.
We embrace diversity and inclusion as they strengthen us – as individuals and as an organisation. We are looking for people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to join the Central Bank. We are committed to supporting candidates with disabilities throughout our hiring process and if you take up a role with us in the future.
