Learning and Development

One of the ways we support our people is through our bespoke tool, “Pathways”, which allows our staff to explore how to grow and enhance their careers. Have a look at what’s on offer and see our video demo of the tool.

Benefits and the Central Bank Experience

We value the people we work with and we think it’s important to support the things that they value. That’s why we have progressive leave policies, vibrant sports & social clubs, charitable and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities that we support and invest in, a comprehensive Wellness programme, world class environmental standards in our new offices, and many other benefits.

It’s important to us to ensure that all our employees have opportunities to develop professionally and personally. At the Central Bank, employees are encouraged to explore all of the options and possibilities that are on offer here.

We have a great deal to offer our employees and we invite new joiners to contribute to our unique culture and have a fulfilling role in providing a national service.

Facing Forward

In early 2017, the majority of our staff moved to a new Dockland Campus in Dublin. These offices are designed to support a culture of trust, transparency, mobility and efficiency. We have a progressive approach to the ways in which we operate and how we treat each other, whilst having the primacy of the public interest dictate our priorities at all times.

In 2018 we celebrated 75 years at the centre of Irish financial life. We are facing ever greater challenges and are determined to maintain the highest of standards in all that we do. We’re excited about what we are doing today and about a future we can help to build and protect.
