Financial Stability Research

Financial stability analysis and research at the Central Bank aims to highlight key risks and vulnerabilities in the Irish and international financial sectors. A large work programme is also devoted to the interactions between the financial sector and the real economy. Research carried out by our staff acts as an evidence base underpinning the Central Bank's macroprudential policy decisions.
