International Secondment Opportunities

We are a member of the Eurosystem. This allows some of our people to take up international secondments. We encourage employees to view secondments as a natural part of career development and as an opportunity to develop new skills and competencies.

Get Involved

Our vibrant Sports & Social Club brings staff together through regular events and outings such as theatre, movie and quiz nights. Fitness classes are available in our Dockland Campus and our numerous sporting clubs regularly participate in competitions and outings.
Central Bank staff at Pride

We have an active Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda and are serious about our involvement with our local community and providing positive input to our area.  We support local community groups such as East Wall Youth and Career LEAP and we encourage our people to avail of volunteering opportunities such as the Early Learning Initiative, Junior Achievement Ireland and Temple Bar Gallery + Studios.

Our people actively raise money for charities that are close to their hearts – our Charity Committee recognises this commitment by providing a Matching Funds facility to supplement the monies raised and donated by staff to a range of worthy causes.
