Central Bank transfers Dame Street buildings to new owners

Central Bank of Ireland – Goodbye to Dame Street

As of midnight on Tuesday 17 May 2017 the Central Bank transferred ownership of its former Dame Street buildings to the new owners, Hines.

Paul Molumby, Director of Currency and Facilities Management, said: “I would like to thank everyone who has been involved in the building sales process, and in the clearing-out of contents. The clear-out was a significant piece of work completed within a very tight timeframe to ensure the buildings were ready to transfer to the new owners on the agreed date.”
