Subscriptions into Qualifying Investor AIFS

Paragraph 1 of section 1.i of Part I of the Qualifying Investor AIF chapter requires that a Qualifying Investor AIF must have a minimum subscription of €100,000 or its equivalent in other currencies. The aggregate of an investor’s investments in the sub-funds of an umbrella Qualifying Investor AIF can be taken into account for the purposes of determining this requirement. The amounts of subsequent subscriptions from unitholders who have already subscribed the minimum subscription of €100,000 are unrestricted.
