In July 2023, ESMA published “Public Statement – Sustainability disclosure in prospectuses” (ESMA32-1399193447-441) - ESMA Public Statement Sustainability Disclosure in Prospectuses.

As a member of ESMA, in considering whether the Regulation (EU) 2023/2631 has been complied with, the Central Bank will take into account any relevant guidance or guidelines as set out in the above mentioned ESMA documents.
