Term and Termination of Agreements
1. A management, administration/transfer agent or investment management agreement should not provide for:
- notice period in excess of 6 months;
- an initial term (without termination on notice) in excess of 3 years; or
- successive periods (without termination on notice) in excess of 1 year.
2. The management, administration/transfer agent or investment management agreement should provide that either party may terminate on 30 days, 3 months or 6 months’ notice to the other party.
