The Central Bank has launched its 2017/2018 Graduate Programme. The 2017/2018 programme will be the largest graduate intake by the Central Bank in recent years.

This is a dedicated three-year programme for high calibre and high potential graduates, with positions available across the Bank’s functions. The programme provides structured learning and development to proactively support graduates make an impact and grow their career.

Successful applicants will be placed across a range of business areas including:

• Developing and implementing policy
• Analysing emerging trends to identify and mitigate risk
• Assisting in the supervision of financial institutions
• Contributing to how we screen and transmit data
• Using data analytics tools to find out what’s behind the numbers
