ESMA updates its Q&A on Prospectuses

On 20 October 2017, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) updated its Questions and Answers Document (Q&A) on prospectus related issues. 

 

This update includes the deletion of one Q&A (Q&A 27) and updates to four others (Q&A 29,31,32 and 44).  The changes do not relate to the substance of the Q&As and come as a result of the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 becoming applicable on 20 July 2017.
