Crowdfunding Service Providers: updated Questions and Answers published (3rd Edition July 2023)

The Central Bank has updated its Questions and Answers document for crowdfunding service providers (3^rd Edition July 2023).

The latest publication is available here and included in the latest edition are Q&As in relation to (i) supporting evidence required regarding prudential requirements under Article 11 of the ESCPR; (ii) supporting evidence required regarding Section 5 of the Individual Questionnaire in a Pre-Controlled Function application; and (iii) regulatory reporting requirements once a crowdfunding service provider is authorised.
