On 24th March 2023, the Central Bank published the 38th Edition (PDF 557.71KB) of its UCITS Q&A.

This edition of the Q&A features amendments to three Q&As (ID 1107, 1108, 1109) concerning PRIIPs filing requirements.

This edition also features two new Q&As (ID 1110 and 1111) in relation to the filing requirements for  PRIIPs KIDs of  UCITS which intend to market to different types of investor.
