CP86: Fund Management Company Effectiveness

The Central Bank has today, 2 June 2016, issued a further consultation paper (PDF 1.82MB) on Fund Management Company Effectiveness. Consultation Paper CP86 – Third consultation addresses managerial functions, operational issues and procedural matters. It sets out the work already undertaken by the Central Bank in relation to governance of fund management companies and outlines the proposed approach to Compliance and Supervisability issues. Respondents are invited to comment on the proposed rules and guidance.
Responses should be submitted no later than 25 August 2016.
