The Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 (S.I. No. 317 of 2018) came into effect on 21 July 2018. These Regulations reflect certain changes to the prospectus regime arising from the EU Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129) that apply before the general application date of 21 July 2019.
