Institution Data

PCF Roles will show on the Portal in the Fitness and Probity Tab under ‘PCF Roles’.You must have adequate Fitness and Probity permissions in place to see/edit these.Your Portal Administrator can you provide you with the relevant permissions where necessary. If the PCF information on the Portal is not accurate you can take the necessary action to update this e.g. Resign from a PCF Holder.

You will only see institution data once your institution’s Portal Administrator adds you to your institution’s account. Contact your institution’s Portal Administrator to obtain the correct access.

The information you can see on the Portal is based on the authorisation's your institution has been granted.

In some cases an institution can have multiple concurrent authorisation's, enabling operation as different “types” of institution in different financial service sectors - for example, as a Credit Union and as an Investment Business Firm.

You may see additional data fields as a result, some of which may be specific to one of the authorisation's which your institution has been granted.

The Central Bank of Ireland maintains data for every institution that is displayed on the Portal.

The information you can see on the Portal represents a subset of all the data we hold for your institution.

Some data is not displayed for reasons of relevance, confidentiality and sensitivity.

The authorisation's granted to each institution by the Central Bank will also affect what data is displayed.
