An Inquiry Pursuant to Part IIIC of the Central Bank Act 1942 concerning permanent tsb p.l.c. (PTSB) & Mr David Guinane 

An Inquiry Hearing in the above entitled Inquiry will take place on Wednesday 29 January 2025 and will commence at 10:00. In the event that further time is required, an additional half day hearing will be held on Thursday 30 January 2025. This hearing will be held in public at the Mayor Street building, Central Bank of Ireland, Mayor Street, Dublin 1.
