Irish Retail Payments Forum – “Pay-by-Account” Strategic Workshop

Central Bank of Ireland, in its Eurosystem catalyst role, is hosting a strategic industry workshop on 12 April 2024. The primary objective of this workshop is to initiate a conversation regarding the development of account-to-account (or “pay by account”) payment solutions for the domestic market. The workshop will bring together a diverse range of stakeholders including banks, credit union associations, payment and e-money institutions, online and brick-and-mortar retailers, government departments, and national bodies.
