The Five Lamps Arts Festival has been working closely with Central Bank of Ireland over the last few years to showcase the work of local artists, bringing together a collection that reflects the community’s diversity and creativity, with the Central Bank providing a dynamic space to house each exhibition.
Our latest collaboration spotlights the works of Dublin artist Tara Kearns, an emerging and native talent from Sheriff Street in Dublin North Inner City. Tara's exhibition, "Women of Sheriff Street", is a love letter to the women, both young and old, who grew up and lived in the area, and their individual experiences of the place.
As an artist, Tara, shaped by her role as an activist and storyteller, specialises in oil painting and portraiture. She explores themes of identity, place, and memory, aiming to capture the essence of the subject matter. Don't miss this opportunity to visit this outstanding exhibition.
This exhibition is free to the public and open to all.
