On 12 August 2021, the Board of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) published a thematic note (PDF 229.47KB) that examines the behaviour of exchange traded funds (ETFs) during the COVID-19 induced market stresses, drawing on market data and observations gathered over the course of the first half of 2020.
