ESMA begins recruitment of Chair and Members for its CCP Supervisory Committee

On 22 November 2019, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s securities markets regulator, published two vacancy notices for the new CCP Supervisory Committee (Committee) that it is required to establish under the amended European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR 2.2). ESMA is recruiting for the position of Chair and two Independent Members of the new Committee.
