The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published a set of Questions and Answers (Q&As) on the European crowdfunding service providers for business Regulation (ECSPR) on 20 May 2022.

The purpose of this document is to promote common supervisory approaches and practices in the application of the ESCPR.

The May updates to the Q&As include topics on asset safekeeping services, payment services, tied agent, branches, the role of Crowdfunding Service Providers in relation to drawing up and information contained in the KIIS.
