Central Bank of Ireland launches CP142 Consultation on Prospectus Fees and Service Standards

On 23 April 2021, the Central Bank of Ireland launched a public consultation CP142 Consultation on Prospectus Fees and Standards in relation to the following matters:

  • Funding the cost of our prospectus approval activities; and
  • Amending the current published service standards for prospectus approval.

The public consultation will be open for a period of 12 weeks closing on 16 July 2021.
