European Commission seeks feedback on draft Commission Delegated Regulation supplementing new prospectus regime

On Wednesday 28 November 2018, the European Commission published a draft Commission Delegated Regulation as regards the format, content, scrutiny and approval of the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market.  The draft Delegated Regulation will be open for feedback for 4 weeks following its publication and is intended to apply (once finalised) from  21 July 2019.
