ESMA requires to report net short positions between 0.1% and 0.2% during transition

On 26 January 2022, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s securities markets regulator, published a statement to clarify how to report net short positions (NSPs) between 28 and 31 January 2022 when the reporting threshold changes from 0.2% to 0.1%.
