The Central Bank refers to the public statement public statement published by ESMA on 22 July 2024 regarding the new Designated Publishing Entity (DPE) regime introduced as part of the recent MiFIR Review legislative package.

Any entities wishing to register as a DPE should liaise with their supervision team regarding any related queries.
