On 15 July 2019, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published amended enforcement
decisions regarding Nordea Bank, Svenska Handelsbanken, SEB, and Swedbank following a decision by the Board of Appeal of the European Supervisory Authorities (BoA).
