On 7 March 2019, the Central Bank published a notice of intention (PDF 211.88KB) in relation to Investment by UCITS and Retail Investor AIFs in UK investment funds and related to the eligibility of Counterparties to OTC derivative instruments entered into by UCITS and Retail Investor AIFs.
