The Central Bank UCITS (Amendment) Regulations 2017 were signed on the 27 July and are now in force.  They set out consequential amendments further to implementation of UCITS V as well as certain technical changes.  The Central Bank UCITS (Amendment) Regulations 2017 can be found here
