Registration  

Applications for registration of an ICAV must be submitted for;

• a new registration (AR1 Form)
• a conversion (AR2 Form)
• a migration inwards (AR3 Form)

The Central Bank timeline for reviewing a complete application is ten business days. 

Please ensure that both a PDF version and an Excel version of the relevant registration form is submitted in soft copy, confirming that both versions are identical, save for the signatures, along with all the required documentation, to the [email protected] mailbox. 

Incomplete/incorrect applications will be returned. The timeline for review will not commence until the Central Bank is in receipt of a complete application.
