What We’re Looking For

We are seeking talented individuals who have:

  • A third level honours degree or professional qualification in the area of law, business,  finance, economics or psychology/organisational behaviour
  • Relevant experience in wholesale markets front office, market risk management, conduct risk management, organisational behaviour, financial market regulation or conduct supervision
  • Experience of wholesale markets, key risk drivers and operating models, as well as an understanding of the regulatory framework for wholesale markets in Europe
  • An ability to apply analytical skills and judgement to assess large amounts of information and data in a structured and thorough manner
  • A strong desire to develop themselves and others through effective teamwork, knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement
  • Good verbal and written communication skills – particularly the ability to communicate to, and work with, colleagues and external stakeholders.

You may also have other transferable skills or industry experience, with a demonstrated ability to adapt. If so, we would like to hear from you.
