What We’re Looking For

We are seeking talented individuals who have:

  • Eight to ten years’ relevant experience in regulation/financial services, including five years at manager level
  • Extensive understanding of the key risks and practical operation of banking, insurance or markets entities, gained from strong regulatory / industry experience across business and risk disciplines including business models, front line delivery, governance and all aspects of risk management
  • A third-level honours degree or professional qualification in the area of business, accounting, finance, economics, maths, actuarial, risk or any related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills – in particular, the ability to engage with senior management, staff and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional capability in managing and delivering difficult/contentious issues
  • First-class influencing skills in order to manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively with others.

We are particularly interested in applicants with Wholesale Banking / broker dealer experience.

You may also have other transferable skills or industry experience, with a demonstrated ability to adapt. If so, we would like to hear from you.
