What We’re Looking For

We are seeking talented individuals who have:

  • A breadth and depth of experience across one or more of the following risk areas:
  • Market Risk
  • Treasury Risk
  • Operational Risk
  • Capital Risk
  • Governance Risk
  • Counterparty  Risk
  • Insurance Risk
  • Ten years’ relevant experience in regulation/financial services including supervision and/or relevant sector experience.
  • Five years’ experience at manager level in leading, managing and developing a team of professionals.
  • A third level honours degree or professional qualification in the area of business, accounting, finance, economics, maths, actuarial, risk or any related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills - in particular, the ability to engage with senior management, staff and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional capability in managing and delivering difficult/contentious issues and external stakeholders.
  • First-class impact and influencing skills in order to manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to enjoy working collaboratively with others.
