What We’re Looking For

We are seeking talented individuals who have:

  • Five years’ experience in financial services and/or risk management, ideally within financial services or a regulatory environment
  • A third level honours degree or professional qualification in the area of law, business, accounting, finance, economics, maths, risk or any related professional discipline
  • A good understanding of the structure and functioning of the Irish financial sector, Irish and international banking industries and/or knowledge of the Credit Union, Insurance and Asset Management  sectors
  • Experience and/or a qualification in corporate governance, internal controls, a risk management related environment or more than one risk area (e.g. credit, operational, liquidity, market, capital and business model)
  • An ability to apply analytical skills and judgement to assess large amounts of information and data in a structured and thorough manner
  • A strong desire to develop themselves and others through effective teamwork, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Good verbal and written communication, in particular the ability to communicate to, and work with, an internal team and external stakeholders.
