Women in Tech
Louise, Chief Information Officer, reveals that she caught the bug for computer programming at a young age after doing a night course in computing as a teenager. After 20 years working in insurance and financial services, she joined the Central Bank where she has found a very strong collegiate culture, with a focus on growing people’s skills and life-long learning.

Accessible Working
